We are currently open Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 5 pm and Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. If you would like to schedule at a later time, please call our office and we will certainly try and accommodate a time that works best for you and our staff. We welcome and support ILWU. We currently accept most PPO and Medicare insurances. Cash patients and Walk-ins are also welcomed. Please inquire about our cash rates and specially priced package deals for cash patients inside our facility. Wearing a face mask is required and your temperature will be checked once you enter our facility. Covid-19 guidelines are strictly enforced to protect our staff and the community. Thank you.
